I commend the Servant Leader and the current Executive Council of EHOAN Lagos State Chapter for this timely and professionally driven circular. The message clearly reflects the continued commitment of our great Association to uphold excellence, discipline, and due process within the Environmental Health profession.
Indeed, our collective strength lies in compliance with the ethics and standards that define us as licensed professionals. I join my successor and the leadership team in appealing to all Environmental Health Officers—both serving and prospective—to take their registration and licensing responsibilities seriously. This is the only pathway to professional recognition, employability, and sustainable advancement in our noble field.
As the Immediate Past President, I remain proud of the ongoing efforts to strengthen the image and relevance of our profession in Lagos State and beyond. Together, let us continue to support the leadership of our Association in ensuring that Environmental Health Officers stand tall among other allied professionals.
Professionalism is our pride; discipline is our strength; unity is our key to progress.
San. Taiwo Awonuga, FWAPCEH
Immediate Past State President
Environmental Health Officers Association of Nigeria (EHOAN), Lagos State Chapter
