PRE-SELECTION VOTING PROCESS FOR OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE AWARD FOR HODs ( MALE AND FEMALE CATEGORY) EHOAN WEEK 2025

Dear Esteemed Members,

This is to inform all members that preparations for our forthcoming EHW (Badagry 2025) will officially commence this week. We will be taking a giant stride and keeping you all informed as this unfolds.

As part of the conference activities, there will be an Award of Excellence to recognize and celebrate outstanding Heads of Departments (HODs) for their exemplary service, dedication and contributions to the profession.

To ensure transparency and wide participation, members will have the opportunity to vote their preferred HODs, both in Male and Female categories.

The voting process will be conducted online, and will be in two stages. First, the pre-voting (selection stage) and final voting (Final stage – For three HODs with the highest vote in both categories) .

Please note that only registered members with EHOAN valid registration numbers will be eligible to participate. A registration link will be release. All members are therefore advised to visit the link, complete their registration, and obtain their registration number before voting begins.

Please note that the system will automatically select the top three (3) male and three (3) female HODs with the highest number of votes for the final voting stage.
